He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. "Doc" Hart and Anna Mae "Pete" Hart (Schichtl); and his wife Lisa Annette Hart (Crawford). He is survived by: his children, Bailey Hart, Ben Hart (Amanda) and Jessica Kaykhossrokiani (Matt); his grandchildren, Joni, Charlea, Forrest and Emily Kaykhossrokiani; and his siblings, Mitch Hart, Grant Hart (Inna) and Toby Hart.
