Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Vivian Oates of Hatfield, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 100, on July 1, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Champion Saxton and Mary Addie Brent Saxton; her husband James Alvro Oates; and her grandson Jeremy Rounkles. She is survived by: her children, David Oates of Hatfield, Marian (Bennie Norwood) and Ruth (Bob Radcliffe). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
