He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Windfield Charlton and Jessie Bertha Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Charlton; his children, Jesse Charlton and Jennifer Smith; his sisters, Marie Stinson, Adline Moss and Lucy Pollard; and his grandchildren, Karen, Allen, Wes, Morgan, David, Clay and Megan. He is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home (611 Janssen Ave, Mena, AR 71953).
