He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray Haynes and Alice Patricia Echols; and his brothers, Jimmy Richard and Jeffrey Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Haynes of Hatfield; his stepmother Deborah Haynes of Lafayette, TN; and his brothers, Thomas (Leah Ryan), Bobby (Angela Haynes) and Michael Winkley of Hatfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
