She is survived by: her children, Crystal Womack (Curtis Womack) of Hatfield, Amy Combs of Hatfield and Jimmy Pruitt of Hatfield, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Chase Self, Crissie Womack and Titus Carney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
