He was predeceased by: his daughters, Rachel and Gwen; and his siblings, John Martin, Gerald Martin, Edgar Martin, Mae Martin, Juanita and Marie.

He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Martin of Hatfield and Korey Martin of New Castle; and his sister Margaret Brett of Mena. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
