He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foster and Rita Foster. He is survived by: his wife Connie Foster; his sons, Rodney Foster of Fayetteville and Christopher Foster of Little Rock; and his stepchildren, Jonathan Turner of Hartman, Rita Smith of Hartman and Melissa Smith of Clarksville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
