She is survived by: her father Darrell Wayne O'Neal (Debbie) of Ozark, Arkansas; her husband Keith Stark; her children, Levi Joseph Stark of Hartman, Tori Renee Stark of Hartman and Kaleb Edward Stark Vosburg of Hartman; her siblings, Trent O'Neal of Ozark, Chelsea Barr and Shayla Amos; her grandparents, Billy and Lottie O'Neal; her stepfather Bruce Vosburg of Ozark; and her parents-in-law, Robert and Lisa Sutterfield of Ozark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
