She was predeceased by: her parents, David Phillips and Mary Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Timothy D. Smith; her son David Shepard of Russellville, Arkansas; her stepsons, Thomas Smith of Clarksville, Arkansas and Timothy Smith, Jr. of Clarksville, Arkansas; and her daughters, Christy Harvey of Hartman and Donna Green of Russellville, Arkansas. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
