It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Lorne Askins of Hartford, Arkansas, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Askins; his children, Jeffery Allen Askins of Odessa, Texas, Linetta Hollinghead of Hartford, Cynthia Askins of Houston and Rochelle Witt of Waco, Texas; and his sister Verneiva VanWinkle of Plano, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
