He is survived by: his wife Amber Yvonne Childs; his children, Maryah Childs-Hartsfield (Peewee), Nathan Childs, Izabella Childs, Michael Bland and Clara Bland; his father Barry Childs (Teresa); his grandmother Guffey; his parents-in-law, Mike and Becky Wise; his grandmother Phyllis Vaughn; his siblings, Aaron Childs (Holly), Jessica Uphoff (Josh) and Kristie Hensley (Clint); and his close friends, Ken and Melissa Fisher. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
