She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Garland, Sr., Emma Cotton and Jack Wright. She is survived by: her father Garland Cotton, Jr. (Tammy Slate) of Paris; her children, Blaize Fore of Ozark, Amber Stephens (Trey) of Fort Smith, Autumn Bell of Paris and Zoie Bell of Paris; her grandchildren, Aria, Cammie, Addilynn, James Cyrus, Lucca and Kamilla; her mother Bobbie Riggs (Tim Riggs) of Van Buren; her grandmother Alice Wright of Van Buren; her brothers, Garland Blake Cotton of Alabama, Jackie Moeller of Paris and Andy Moeller of Paris; and her stepsister Melanie Decker of Barling.

In compliance with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines for indoor services all attendees are encouraged to wear a mask before entering and to practice social distancing.
