She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wesley "Willie" and Sarah Elsie Faddis Fountain; her sister Wanda Hamilton (Norman); her husband Denver Sullins; and her nephew Shane Fountain.

She is survived by: her siblings, Jay Fountain (Beverly), Diann Dees (Ronnie) and Darrell "Smoke" Fountain (Nancy); her children, Kathy Bryant (JB), Rodney Sullins (Judy) and Elisha Allred (Dean); her grandchildren, Brad Bryant (Kim), Brent Bryant, Allison Bode (Byron), Shawna Sullins-Woehl, Kelsey Berry (Ronnie) and Aaron Sayres; and her great grandchildren, Katie Estes, Braden Bryant, Stella, Scarlett Bryant, Blake, Parker Bode, Deakon, Denver Woehl, Aiden, Jayden Berry and Kayven Sayres.
