He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Phillips and Hazel Phillips of Harrison, Arkansas.; and his brother Jim Phillips of Harrison, AR.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Brinkley of Turrel, Arkansas.; his son Bradley Jordan; his grandson Richard Phillips of Conway, Arkansas; and his sisters, Kay (Rusty Hayes) and Pam Hunter of Ozark, MO. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Bill was a proud member of 2nd Baptist Church and asks that donations be made to the church in lieu of flowers.
