He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Melvin, Willie Ethel Gage, Ester, Webb Livingston and Clay Brantley.
He is survived by: his parents, Terry Allen and Marilyn Faye Brantley Gage of Harrison; his wife Tazna Gage of Harrison; his children, Chase Collins of Bowling Green, Missouri and Makenna Cobb (Tyler) of Nixa, Missouri; his grandson Lawson Cobb of Nixa; and his siblings, Harley Thompson (Sherry Eddings) of Harrison, Malinda Gage of Harrison and Sherie Cormack (Mike) of Van Buren. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins; and other relatives and friends.
