With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vivian Elaine Horn of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Pekin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parent Glen Tackman Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Esther Smith Tackman; her husband George Horn Jr.; her children, George Horn III and Laurie Manen; her siblings, Thom Tackman and Glenda Moffitt; her grandchildren, George Horn IV, Shayla Purswell, Tailer Manen and Fischer Manen; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Purswell and Emerson Bryant. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Denning Cemetery.
