He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Pemberton and Opal Boyd Pemberton; and his siblings, Leon Pemberton and Yvonne Rains. He is survived by: his children, Richard Pemberton (Brenda McAlister) of Omaha, Kevin Pemberton (Brenda) of Oakwood, Georgia and Denise Caudle (David) of Omaha; and his brother Joe Pemberton (Rhonda) of Omaha. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
