He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Curtis and Cora Curtis; and his siblings, Cecil Curtis, Horace Curtis, Billie Curtis, Argil Curtis, Glen Curtis, Florene Ramsey, Drusilla Crosswhite and Betty Madle.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Curtis; his children, Donnie Curtis (Lois) of Harrison, Rickie Curtis (Marquita) of Lead Hill and Vina Ryan (Bert) of Harrison; and also Lead Hill. He is also survived by 6 grandsons; 18 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
