She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wagoner and Elsie Wagoner (Markle); her son Gregory Brian Horn; and her siblings, Coy Wagoner, Loy Wagoner, Carl Wagoner, Margie Stanley and Dean Lister.
She is survived by: her husband Foy Horn; her son Kevin Horn; her daughter-in-law Tonia Horn of Sherwood, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Katheryn, Emily Horn, Landon and Logan Quiring; her siblings, Nina Williams of Harrison, Marie Harp of Harrison and Harry Wagoner of Harrison; and also Honorary.
