He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Penn (Doris) of Raymond, Iowa and Barbara Tucker (Bailey) of White Hall, Arkansas; his wife Tracy Penn; his son Jacob Penn of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his sisters, Teresa Ashcraft (John) of White Hall and Shannon Stolle (Chris) of Wentzville, Missouri; his grandmother Francis Dillon; his stepdaughter Jordan Davis (Michael) of Branson, Missouri; his grandchildren, Camden and Jasper Davis; his nieces, Jessica Harper (Colby), Janie Ashcraft, Jennie Ashcraft and McKenna Stolle; and his nephew Parker Stolle. He is also survived by many friends and family.
