He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Spencer; his daughter Shenna Spencer-Middleton (Ricky); his grandchildren, Little Ricky and Izzy Middleton; and his cousins, Dianna Grace and Judy Holt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
