He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Reeg and Martha Reeg; his brothers, Jerry and Melvin Reeg; his son Daniel Reeg; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Evans, Bruce Badgerow, John Badgerow and Roger Muecke.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Reeg; his children, David Reeg (Kathy) of Minnesota and Melinda Kuhlers (Keith) of South Dakota; his grandchildren, Leighton and Kajin Kuhlers of South Dakota; his sisters-in-law, Alice Reeg of Iowa, Judy Muecke of Texas and Myrna Badgerow of Louisiana; and his close friend Allen Hough.
