He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mapes; his pet Max; his sisters, Brenda Ake of Harrison, Janis Davis (John) of Pennsylvania and Carol Walters of Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Sain of Harrison, Lisa Scheuter (Mark) of Harrison and Valerie Wheeler (Doyle) of Ozone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and dear friends.
