With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Burdine of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Vendor, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2024 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Burdine and Bertha Burdine (Norton); his grandparents, H. C. and Martha Jane Norton; and his siblings, Denver, Eugene, Clinton, William Burdine, Lela Kilgore and Linda Lu Lloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Edna; his daughters, Ricki Kirchhoff (Rod) of Hallsville, MO, Beverly Stokes (Tom) of Harrison, Robin Campbell of Bolivar, MO and Renetta Mistler (Mark) of Harrison; his great grandchild Ryan (Julie Kirchhoff) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Jeri (Jason Redding) of Harrison, Heath (Misty Jones) of Harrison, Tonia Stokes of Harrison, Reid Kirchhoff (Allie) of Naples, FL, Brandon (Vicki Mistler) of Russellville, Clayton (Samantha Campbell) of Bolivar, Brent (Mandy Mistler) of Harrison, Cory (Promise Campbell) of Springfield and Caleb (Rachel Campbell) of Springfield; and his siblings, Russell D. Burdine, Jr. of Rogers, Arkansas and Alice Bryant of Jasper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
