She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert O. Smith and Zelphia Smith (Davis); her siblings, Wilmer, Everett, Louis of Earl, S. J., Stanley, Lawson, Ronnie, Bert Jr., Gary Smith, Orabe Evans and Betty Tomlin; her son Paul Dean Crump; and her granddaughter Ruth Anne McCollough.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Smith; her sisters-in-law, Tedde Smith and Terry Smith; and her children, Madonna McCollough (Jim), David Crump (Georgianna), Donald Crump and Peter Baird (Casey). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; extended relatives and friends.
