He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Madewell and Anna Madewell (Cosby); and his sister Mildred Hardzog. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Madewell; his stepchildren, Tammy Fulghum (Bob) of Saganaw, MN, Michael Robertson (Beth) of McEwen, TN and Tina Davis (Tom) of Arlington, TN; and his siblings, Lois Madewell Rooker of Harrison, AR, James Madewell (Ruby) of Keysville, GA and Larry Hardzog (Betsy) of Enid, MS. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
