He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Victoria Kay Holt Pettice; his brother Thomas Everett Pettice; his uncle Howard Holt; and his aunt Betty Ann Fields.
He is survived by: his sisters, Elva Marie Sykowski of San Diego and Lisa Beth Bennett of Mountain Home. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
