She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. and Martha Jane Campbell (Reddell); and her husband Duard Lewis. She is survived by: her siblings, Norman Campbell (Freeda), Henrietta Hawkins (Marvin), Betty Rorie (Tom) and Mary Alberado (Pierre); and her sister-in-law June Campbell. She is also survived by two sons and their wives, Keith and Michele Lewis and Jason and Toni Lewis; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
