He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard James "L. J." and Beatrice Leona Lester Wright; and his siblings, Joe, Truman Wright, Velma Tidmore, Minnie Grinder, Leona Staton and Lilly Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie "Baby Doll" Carter Wright of Harrison; his children, Sandy Wright (Elizabeth) of Pindall, Missy Sutterfield (David) of Green Forest, Buddy Dale Carter (Denya) of St. Louis, Christopher Crow of Harrison, Rayme Wright of Harrison and Jessica Crawford (C. J.) of Bergman; and his siblings, Fred Wright of Branson, Missouri, Shirley Alford of Alpena, Thelma Busby of Blaire and Linda Coppage of Eldorado, Oklahoma. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
