He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Humphrey and Bessie Doll Carmack Humphrey; and his nephew Christopher Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Humphrey of Harrison; his daughters, Beth-Amy Sietstra and Sarah Slater; his siblings, Larry Humphrey of Harrison and Betty Humphrey of Lyles, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Isaiah, A. J. Sietstra, Jason, Dylan and Aaron King. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; and other relatives and friends.
