We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 85, Phyllis Ruth Love Cowan of Harrison, Arkansas, born in West Plains, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Walter and Evelyn Lucille Greer Love; her husband Louis Allan Cowan; and her brother Robert Love. She is survived by: her daughters, Janelle (Mark Waddell), Lori (Steve Cox) and Carol (Bret Bricker); her grandchildren, Sarah Waddell of Centerton, Courtney Cox of Fayetteville, Erik Bricker (Ashley Barnes) of Tallahassee and Sean Bricker of Tallahassee; and her brother Wilbur Love of Baltimore, Maryland. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
