It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Millsap (Harrison, Arkansas), born in Camden, Missouri, who passed away on February 6, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Millsap and Sallie Jane Millsap (Cruse); his children, Tom Marshall and Janet Millsap; and his siblings, Tom Millsap and Marvene Nolan.

He is survived by: his wife Edna Cleo Millsap of Harrison; his children, Bobby Gene Millsap of Excelsior Springs, Russell Millsap of Yellville, Arkansas, Sherry Thomas of Excelsior Springs, Shawnia Millsap of Yellville and Becky Tucker of Green Forest, Arkansas; and his siblings, Albert Millsap of Missouri, Bobby Millsap of Texas and Mae Smithey of Missouri. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
