He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Beatrice Smith (Clausen); his wife Lee Smith; and his sister Sandy Huckeba. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne King (Alton) of Harrison, Arkansas, Cathy Wilson of Fremont, Christopher Smith of Syracuse and Michele Patzig (Nick) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Mikey King and Nicci Patzig; his great grandchildren, Jaya Michele and Delany Lee; his brother Jeff Smith of Dallas, Texas; and his close friend Trish Baloun of Harrison, Arkansas.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
