He is survived by: his wife Josephine Terry; his children, Dr. Jerry Cash (Shara) of Springfield, Connie Cash Gray (Phil) of Harrison and Nancy Cash Theis (David) of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Shay Cash JD, Dr. Tara Cash, Jordan Cash Theis and Martin Aaron Gray; and his great grandchildren, Graham, Lena Grace, Clara Satterwhite, Hendrix Cash Theis, Nate Cash Lask, Ellie Cash, Isla and Jasmine Josephine Gray.
