We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2024, at the age of 85, Margaret Ellen Cross of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Pensacola, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Margaret may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Margaret touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Crumpler and Eliza Crumpler (Ogg); the father of her children Charlie Skipper; her husbands, Dan Terry and Norman Cross; her daughter Betty Bernice; and her grandchildren, Vicki Marshall and Lee Folds.
She is survived by: her children, William Skipper, Zack Skipper, Ellen (Curtis Nichols), Connie (Jesse Frank Breed), Mary "Susie" (Gary Ivey) and Willie Mae "Love Bug" (Junior Henson). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren; and a host of extended relatives.
