She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Qualls and Ruby Qualls (Scott); her former husband Vernon R. Flippo; and her siblings, Buford Qualls and Wanda Finney.
She is survived by: her husband Kieth Pettis; her children, Johnny Flippo (Dianne), Jimmy Flippo and Sabrina Sparks (Danny); and her siblings, Eugene Qualls, Ricky Qualls, Donald Qualls, Ronald Qualls and Coetta Crow. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
In compliance with the state of Arkansas Mandates for face masks and large indoor gatherings, all persons over age 10 are asked to furnish and wear a mask.
