He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond M. Phillips and Lena Winn Phillips; his spouse Miss Ada June Holland; his daughter Sondra Smith; and his sisters, Maxine Grammar and Janelle Stephens.
He is survived by: his son Danny; his daughter-in-law Susie Stewart of Farmington; his daughter Sharon; his sons-in-law, Mark Reed of Harrison and Neil Smith of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Angie Kichline (Cory) of Fayetteville, Misty Morrow (Tyler) of Farmington, Dustin Stewart (Stacey) of Farmington, Schara Baldridge of Bentonville and Madison Reed of Harrison; and his sisters-in-law, Loy W. (Duckie Phillips) and Anne Smith (Harold) of Prairie Grove. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother.
