He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Phillips and Alsey Phillips (Pyle); his wife Anna Beth Phillips; and his sister Frankie Jean Jarrett. He is survived by: his children, Freddie (Charnell Phillips) of Eros, Arkansas and Deborah (Johnny Rachel) of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren, Stacey Rachel of Palmdale, Douglas Rachel of Scottsdale and Cole Phillips (Shelly) of Eros, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Gus and Zane Phillips; and his brother Doyle (Sylvia Phillips) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
