She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Milam and Stella Milam (Daniel); her husband Loyd G. Qualls; and her brother Denver Milam of California. She is survived by: her son Don Qualls (Brandi) of Harrison, AR; and her granddaughters, Bryleigh Qualls and Jocelyn Qualls.
