She is survived by: her mother Nancy Clements-Box (Wetherington) of Harrison, Arkansas; her children, Jeremy Clements (Heather) of Harrison, Arkansas, Kara Clements of Harrison, Arkansas and Tracy Hirst (JoJo) of Kennebunkport, Maine.; her grandchildren, Josiah, Landon, Grayson and Elijah; her aunt Lori Hudson; and her cousins, Christy Jennings (Ray), Leigha Farmer, Tatum Pickle, Lainey Jennings, Keith Hudson, Chasey Hudson, Addison Hudson and Elle Warner.
