It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy Watts of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Buffalo, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Willie Treat and Eudene Dobbins Treat; her husband Daniel Watts; and her siblings, Frankie Hatchett and Billy Wayne Treat.
She is survived by: her sisters, Pat Pemberton (Sam) and Lagatha Sutterfield; and her pet Ernie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
