With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katheryn Ann Hampton of Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on January 18, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jess L. Hampton; and her siblings, Alouia, Gail, Jessica Hampton, Orvil, Claude and David Hampton.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Claxton; her stepmother Treva Bailey Hampton of Oark, Arkansas; her children, Brenda Lee Sherman (Chuck) of Hartsburg and Leslie Adam Claxton of Harrison, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Jesse (Raquel), Jenna Daniel of Ashland Missouri, Austin Sherman (Marylyn) of Palmyra, Kaylee Gregory of Enid and Adam Claxton of Harrison Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Raylee, Jaxson Daniel of Ashland Missouri, Claira, Charlie Sherman of Palmyra Missouri and Halo Gregory of Enid, Oklahoma.; and her siblings, Viancie Hampton of Bass, Lydle Hampton, James Hampton (Debbie), Christie Fouts (Jeff) of Dover Arkansas, Glenna Ward (Raymond) of Rose, Bob Hampton (Faye) of Knoxville, Johnny Hampton (Virdia) of Jasper, Lester Hampton (Shiela), Linda Williams (Rick) of Harrison, Villa and George Friesen of Oark, Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
