She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Pumphrey and Argie Raley Pumphrey; and her siblings, Floyd Jr., Syble Marple and Shirley Arp.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Burlsworth; her sister-in-law Mary Pumphrey; her children, Lisa (Jim Cook) and Shawn Newberry (DeAnna); her grandchildren, Josh Cook, Amanda Phillips Shauntina (Cody), Dylan and Jacob Newberry; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Jameson Cook, Paisley, Isabella Phillips and Porter Aston.
