He is survived by: his significant other Lula Belle Foresee; his sons, Johnny Clay (Sherri) and Michael Glen; his great grandchildren, Bo Petz and Rhen Petz; his brothers, Stanley of Joplin and Charles Ray of California; his stepsiblings, Wilma Fitchue and Jackie Hudson; and his grandson Chandler.
