He was predeceased by: his father Richard McCuistion; his brother Paul McCuistion; and his mother-in-law Fran Coulter. He is survived by: his mother Linda Bailey McCuistion; his wife Kelly; his sons, Chris, Coulter and Collier; his grandchild Zach Wyles; and his brothers, Richard McCuistion (Lisa) and Marc McCuistion.
