He is survived by: his siblings, Angie Lou and Jimmy; his sister-in-law Becky Tyler; his father-in-law Burpee Burleson; his wife Judy Meek; his children, Daniel Meek (Susan), David Meek (Sonja) and Julie Gilley; his siblings, Jesse Meek, Jack Tyler and Patty Tyler; his grandsons, Lachlan Meek, Jerryd Meek, Connor Meek and Kristopher Meek (Rhoda); his great grandchild Dallas Daniel Meek; his mother-in-law Ella Marie Burleson; and his siblings-in-law, Pat King, Mary Ellen Hawkins, John Burleson (Jessica) and Charlie Burleson (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many friends and law enforcement brothers.
