With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jessie Smith of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Berryville, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 27, 2024 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Summers and Nora Summers (Wierick); and her husband Carrol Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Janice Sherrill (Harold); her grandchildren, Taunya Hawkins (Todd) and Luaina Boren (Greg); her great grandchildren, Zachary Trent Hawkins, Colby Vance Boren, Shayna Bree Hawkins, Braedon Gregory Boren and Kamryn Elise Boren; and her great great grandchildren, Amiyah Ainsley Lee, Kinsley Grace Patterson and Coleson James Patterson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
