He was predeceased by: his father James Oscar Moore; his wife Georgia Ann Moore; his mother Clara Ann Moore Hill (Vinson); his daughter Lauren Elaine Moore Sunday; his brother Bobby Hugh Moore; his son-in-law Miles Devlin; and his brother-in-law Gayle Saffle.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Charles Moore (Michelle Lee Moore), Deborah Ann Moore Owens (Lamar Owens) and Katherine Elizabeth Moore Devlin; his siblings, James Dennis Moore (Sandra Moore) and Elaine Saffle; and his grandchildren, Travis Owens (Jenny), Tyler Owens, Hunter Sunday, Robbie Devlin, Gavin Moore and Sydney Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives.
