He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Blanscet (Donald) of California and Tabatha Hatter (Okeolakeakua "Okie") of Arkansas, J. D; his granddaughters, Makayla, Payton, Emme, Kenda, Georgia and Dakota; and his brothers, James Harper (Leah), William Harper and Steven Harper (Theresa).
