He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Daniel (Edna Jewel Harris Raby) and James; his brother Donnie Raby; and his granddaughter Tracy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Virgie Raby of Batavia; his daughters, Judy (J. D. Smith), Jannie (Phillip Roberts) and Shelia Darlene Cross of Batavia; his grandchildren, Thia Harp (Dewey Roberts) of Harrison, Avery Roberts (Kelly) of Neosho, Trey Roberts (Annabella) of Batavia and Amanda Greenhaw of Batavia; his great grandchildren, Kayla Fulton (Jonothan), Maeson Roberts (Kaylee), Dawson Harp (Emily), Kelecy Campbell (Zack Canarsky), Shelby Roberts, Slade Harp and Audrin Roberts; his great great grandchildren, Stockton Roberts, Lylia Roberts, Oaklynn Canarsky, Chevelle Canarsky and Noah Fulton; and his siblings, Eugene Raby of Marshall, Dorothy Barnett-Tackett of Lead Hill and Alice Osterhout of Eureka Springs.
